How can I pay for my order?
You can pay with iDeal, Credit Card or Paypal.
My order still hasn’t arrived. What can I do?
Check your tracking status. If the total period stated within shipping information, including 30 days delay from customs, has expired please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
What are customs and why are they holding my order back?

Why are the international shipping fees so high?
Unfortunately, these are the lowest prices we can get. There is little we can do about it.
How can I track my order?
We send an automatic tracking code to all our customers, as soon as the
package has been sent out. This will either be sent through our carrier, or we will
send it out directly. If you haven’t received this e-mail, please check your spam. If
you haven’t received any e-mail from us regarding your order at all, please first
check if your order was successful. If your order was successful and you haven’t
received any e-mail at all, please contact us at email@example.com. When contacting us, please add your name,
address, and date of order. All other information about orders and shipping can be found under the tab shipping.
When will a product be restocked?
If it’s not in the text at the product page, it will normally be restocked within 7 days. We do however advise you to register your e-mail on the product page to be notified about any restocking. If a product is not on the site anymore, don’t expect a restock.
